Plain City is partnering with UDOT to reconstruct 3600 West. The project involves complete road surface replacement, utility relocations, new drainage systems, and fresh striping/road side signs. To improve resident safety and travel, we are widening the road to include shoulders and auxiliary lanes for a smoother driving experience.

What does the work involve?
The project includes full road reconstruction and major utility upgrades to improve the infrastructure along 3600 West for all residents and visitors.
What are the work hours?
Crews will typically work Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Project start and end dates are detailed in the official project roadmap.
How is local access managed?
Traffic flow will be restricted during work hours, but we will maintain local access for residents. Please expect slight delays and follow all signs.
How are outages communicated?
If a brief utility interruption is necessary, impacted residents will be notified via door hangers or email approximately 24 to 48 hours in advance.
